The research population included all the patients with corona disease who referred to the specialized and sub-specialized hospital of Tabriz in the fall of 2021, and at least two months had passed since their recovery. The sample consisted of 30 people who recovered from corona virus, who were selected by available sampling method and were randomly assigned to two control and experimental groups. The results showed that acceptance and commitment therapy increased the hope and psychological health of patients with corona in the experimental group compared to the control group in the post-test and follow-up phase(p>0/05)
Based on the research results, doctors and psychotherapists should use the intervention of acceptance and commitment to improve hope and psychological health of patients.
