Abstract:
One of the solutions to the problem of providing capital for the implementation of construction projects is the use of joint investment contracts. The BRT method is one of the joint investment methods that stands for build, rent and transfer. In this method, the project belongs to the government and the investor builds or in other words injects capital, a certain period of time is defined as the period of participation, and if the project revenues are deposited into the account of the host government, during the period of participation, a certain and fixed amount will be paid. The investor receives rent from the government. Of course, it goes without saying that the reverse of this issue is also true, that is, if the project revenues are deposited into the investor's account, a certain and fixed amount is paid by the investor to the investor, and after the end of the participation period, the entire project will belong to the government, and the investor He gives up the place. And the investor hands over the place.
