Explaining the guiding principles in the protection of faraja employees
Human resources are one of the most valuable assets of the organization. One of the important issues of Faraja is the protection of employees. The meaning of protection is to protect employees in the face of criminals by using their inner element. The requirement for success in protecting of employees is to have a strategic view. The first step for having a strategic plan is to identify the guiding principles. The main goal of this research is to achieve the guiding elements of the strategic plan for the protection of Faraja employees. It means the guiding principles, mission, core values and vision of the organization. In terms of purpose, this research is applied as a qualitative type, which is conducted by thematic analysis method. MAXQDA software is used to classify the categories. The community of this research; The main documents (main words of the supreme leader, the constitution, the disciplinary code of the armed forces, the employment rules of Naja), the speeches of Faraja commanders and interviews with 10 police experts who are selected in a snowball way. The output of this research was in the 3 dimensions, including vision (4 categories), mission (4 categories) and core values (12 categories) as the guiding principles of Faraja in the protection of employees. The categories of "organizational affiliation", "leadership orientation", "sacrifice and courage", "authority", "rule-based", "ethical orientation", "God-oriented", "revolutionaries", "growth and excellence", "order and discipline" and " "People's care" as core values and "clean organization", "progressive organization", "provincial organization" and "organization with intellectual capital" were identified as vision categories. Faraja's mission was to determine the "investigation and recognition of security issues", "analysis of security issues ", "presentation and implementation of security solutions" and "control and evaluation of the implementation of solutions".
