Charter of Transformation in the Islamic Republic of Iran Based on the Thought of Imam Khamenei (as)

Transformation as the origin of human and society's departure in the path of evolutionary movement to achieve worldly and hereafter happiness is in the focus of Islamic teachings. During the years after the victory of the Islamic Revolution, reformation has always been demanded by religious scholars. This article follows that, using the method of content analysis to explain the manifesto of transformation based on the thought of Hazrat Imam Khamenei. The network of themes, based on a specific process, systematizes the basic, organizing and inclusive themes; Then these themes are drawn in the form of website network maps and the prominent themes of each of these three levels are shown along with the relationships between them. In this research, all the writings and statements of the Supreme Leader from 1368 to 1401 have been studied in full. After coding; for the charter of transformation; 319 basic themes, 14 organizing themes and 3 overarching themes were identified and the theme network was drawn. Based on the results of the research, the overarching theme of "what is transformation" including organizing themes; The concept of transformation, the dimensions of transformation, the characteristic of transformation, the characteristic of transformation and the criterion of transformation. The overarching theme of "why transformation" is one of the organizing themes; The importance and necessity of the transformation, the goals and functions of the transformation have been formed, and finally, the inclusive "how of transformation" includes the organizing topics; The implementation of transformation, the scope of transformation, the drivers of transformation, the time of transformation, the requirements and considerations of transformation, the tools and methods of transformation, and the ends of transformation.
