Investigating the factors affecting farmers' satisfaction with the loans of the Agricultural Bank

Abstract:

Agriculture as one of the major production activities in most countries of the world, especially developing countries, has a special place. One of the main obstacles to the growth and economic development of this sector is the lack of capital. The purpose of this research is to investigate the factors affecting farmers' satisfaction with the credits of the Agricultural Bank. The sample of this research includes 200 farmers of Baghmolek city, they were selected by simple random. Data collection in this research was done using a researcher-made questionnaire. After preparing the questionnaire and confirming its face validity by experts, its reliability was confirmed by calculating Cronbach's alpha coefficient for different research variables. The results of the research showed that the correlation test between the research variables has a positive and significant relationship. In the end, in order to increase the satisfaction of farmers with their agricultural bank credits, suggestions were presented.
