Investigating the Mediating Role of Stakeholders' Ethics in the Relationship between Knowledge Management and Organizational Maturity of Education

Investigating the factors affecting organizational maturity with emphasis on knowledge management and stakeholder ethics can play an effective role in the excellence of the education system. Understanding this important study, the present study was conducted with the aim of the relationship of knowledge management on the organizational maturity of education with emphasis on the mediating role of stakeholder ethics.               

The research method is descriptive-correlation. The statistical population of the study includes all managers, Deputies and heads of departments of education and managers of the school deputies of Mazandaran province, 338 people were selected for the study using random cluster sampling method. Three researcher-made questionnaires of knowledge management, organizational maturity and stakeholder ethics were used to collect research data. Research data were analyzed using Pearson correlation coefficient and structural equation model in SSPS22 and Pls statistical software.

The results showed that the relationship of knowledge management and stakeholder ethics with organizational maturity is positive and significant.

As a result, to develop the organizational maturity of education, we can pay attention to the dimensions of knowledge management and ethics of stakeholders.
