The Strategic Model of the I.R.I. Police Commanders in the Management of Social Crises that Create Insecurity for Public Security Based on the Quranic Doctrine of "Qul Sadid"
In the management of public security crises that are affected by insecure social damage, various and different methods are always used by the commanders in charge of controlling these crises, which may not lead to desirable results. The purpose of this research is to present a local Islamic-Iranian strategic model based on the Quranic doctrine of "Qul-Sadid" and the words of the Supreme Leader for the management of insecure-making social crises of public security.
This research was conducted with a qualitative approach and using the grounded-theory method. Data collection was done through semi-structured interviews, and in order to collect the data, 20 people (15 police commanders and 5 Quranic experts) familiar with the topics were interviewed. Finally, the research model has been designed based on three stages of coding, a qualitative model.
The results of the current research indicate the extraction of 7 dimensions, 19 components and 104 indicators, which in the form of a paradigm model includes the management of insecure-making social crises of public security as a central category: Causal conditions (behavioral factors of the commanders, the roots of the insecure social crisis); contextual factors (ethnic and religious, trans-regional, institutional, structural and administrative, economic, cognitive and behavioral); intervening conditions (piety, taqiyyah, famous speech, excellent speech, Mysore speech, noble speech, eloquent speech); strategies (soft approach and hard approach); and consequences (security-administrative, individual and social).
Soft and hard approaches, which are derived from the words of the Supreme Leader (Madazla-ul-Ali) and the Quranic teachings of "Qul-Sadid", can be used as a strategy for managing insecurity-making social crises of public security.
