Prospecting of enabling skills in Iran's banking industry«case of study: Saderat Bank»

Changes in today's world are the result of changes in knowledge and technology. The alignment of technical and professional education with the ever-increasing changes is an unavoidable issue. Based on this, identifying the skills that can lead to competitive advantage in the future of industries. It is necessary. Based on this, the purpose of this research is to predict the future of enabling skills in Iran's banking industry.This research is practical in terms of purpose and it is a qualitative method of "content analysis". The method of gathering information is a semi-structured interview. The interview with the participants continued until reaching the point of theoretical saturation, which was achieved by conducting 17 interviews. The participants are selected by snowball and purposeful method. Data analysis was done through three stages of coding with MAXQDA software. Based on the research results; Enabling skills in Iran's banking industry at three levels, including "technology-based skills", blockchain, artificial intelligence, electronic use, metaverse, fintech, soft skills, national-international networking, flexibility and dynamism, skills Problem solving, response skills, innovation, creativity development, individual skills are risk-taking, opportunism, failure tolerance, self-confidence, ambiguity tolerance, independence.
