Investigating the quality of working life of female trainers in technical and vocational training centers of Lorestan province

The quality of working life is one of the factors to increase and maintain woman`s jobs. Quality of work life is a multidimensional concept that includes not only job-related factors such as job satisfaction, pay satisfaction, and relationships with colleagues, but also more general factors such as life satisfaction, well-being, and more general feelings. The purpose of this study is to Investigate and compare the quality of working life of the trainers of women's technical and vocational education centers in Lorestan province. The research is applied in terms of purpose, and in terms of the method and method of implementation in the descriptive group, it is of a comparative causal type. The method of collecting information is based on library studies and questionnaires. To collect information, Walton's quality of work life questionnaire was used. The statistical population is also 20 female trainers who work in technical and vocational training centers of Lorestan province. For data analysis, SPPSS software and descriptive statistical components including frequency, frequency percentage, cumulative frequency percentage, mean, standard deviation, and standard deviation error were used. The results of the analysis and examination of the components in the quality of work life showed that the quality of work life of female trainers of technical and vocational education in Lorestan province is average in some components and low in some cases. Improving the quality of work life of trainers increases the satisfaction of employees and it is necessary to achieve this goal.
