Paradigm model of rural livelihood resilience (RRL) with grounded theory approach
Resilience and livelihood are considered two important categories in planning and development, so that paying attention to these categories, development and progress, and not paying attention and ignoring them have irreparable consequences at different economic, social, environmental and physical levels. will follow. The purpose of the present study is to investigate the paradigm model of resilience of rural livelihoods in Urmia city. The statistical population of the research consists of the villages on the edge of Urmia lake (18 villages as a sample) from Urmia city. The research method is based on the purpose, applied and based on the descriptive-analytical method and nature, which is a field study with a qualitative method based on grounded theory-foundation data (based on interviews with local experts and stakeholders, 30 people as a focus group- in three stages of open coding, axial coding, and selective coding) were done. The results showed that important endogenous and exogenous factors are directly and indirectly involved in weakening or strengthening the livelihood resilience of the region in different dimensions. In other words, the causal conditions in rural livelihood resilience in the studied area are: 1) Human causes of livelihood resilience (economic policies, social and educational policies, environmental policies, (physical) infrastructure policies, planning policies and ideology) 2) environmental causes of livelihood resilience (natural hazards such as rain, drought, flood and hail). Also, the intervening conditions in this field have been the facilitating and inhibiting role of human and environmental (climatic) factors.
