Dos and don'ts of teachers of new generation students

This research examines the do's and don'ts of being a teacher with the documentary method and using library resources. As the most important factor influencing the academic performance of students, teachers play a very important role in the structure of education, and in other words, it can be said that they perform their duties in the front line of this organization. In the era of globalization of education, whose goal is life-long education and citizen training for the global society, whatever the teacher has to do with his audience, i.e. students of any age, language, time and place, from different points of view. Cultural, intellectual, communication, more informed and up-to-date, his teaching skills and effectiveness will increase and he can protect the national, cultural and religious values of the country. Among the effective factors in updating teachers, trying to perform teacher duties such as learning science, familiarity with technology, controlling emotional relationships with students, and avoiding teacher duties such as wrong comparison, discrimination, lack of work, etc. .. have been investigated in this research. Therefore, paying attention to the developments of the new generation will lead to a better impact and preserve the values
