Evaluating the effect of self-efficacy factors on the entrepreneurial opportunity of tourism; the mediating role of service and entrepreneurial networks
The importance of entrepreneurship in providing new job opportunities and helping to create stable jobs on the one hand and considering the importance of the entrepreneurial intention of tourism students as the most important predictor of their entrepreneurial behavior on the other hand, investigating the influencing factors in academic entrepreneurial opportunities in the field of tourism is essential to It seems Based on this, the main goal of this research is to investigate the effect of self-efficacy and networks on the entrepreneurial opportunities of tourism in Islamic Azad University of Yazd. The statistical population of this research includes all students of tourism, business management, business management and entrepreneurship and urban planning in the Islamic Azad University of Yazd, and a statistical sample of 140 people was considered for the research. The data collection tool is a questionnaire and the method of collection is field. In order to analyze the data, the structural equation analysis approach with the partial least squares approach has been used. The results show that innovation, marketing, risk-taking and financial control of entrepreneurial self-efficacy have a significant effect on entrepreneurial opportunities in Islamic Azad University of Yazd; but then management cannot have an acceptable effect. Also, industrial networks for innovation and risk-taking and financial control, and entrepreneurial networks for innovation and management have a significant mediating effect.
