Providing a Favorable model of Cultural Development in the Western Border Areas of the Country

Abstract:

The present study is the result of a field study of the situation of cultural development in the western regions of the country with a focus on Kurdish society. The present study seeks to identify and design the desired pattern of cultural development in border areas while identifying the existing disadvantages and challenges of cultural development barriers. The research approach is qualitative and phenomenological. The data collection tool is semi-structured interviews and the statistical population is cultural management specialists and specialists of the Department of Culture and Islamic Guidance with more than 20 years of experience working in cultural affairs. And reached a theoretical saturation with 18 interviewers. The desired model of cultural development barriers with 20 themes were counted and in the next step to validate the desired model from the point of view of experts with a questionnaire was used quantitatively. The results of this questionnaire show is.
