Examining the role of the government and non-governmental organizations in providing health services to those affected by Corona (case study of Tehran)

At the global level, the covid-19 epidemic has had many effects, especially in the health sector, and was accompanied by serious shortages and injuries. At this time, what was important was how to serve the people in order to prevent the spread and control of the disease, as well as providing health measures related to it. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to examine the role of the government and non-governmental organizations in providing health services to those affected by Corona.

it was conducted in a quantitative and qualitative manner, in the qualitative part of the interview method and in the quantitative part of the questionnaire, a questionnaire was used to collect data and it was analyzed with spss software. The statistical population of the research was estimated to be 384 people using Cochran's formula in the quantitative part and 12 people were interviewed in the qualitative part.

It showed that the health support of non-governmental organizations has more points than the health support of the government.

In the interpretation of this result, it can be said that NGOs provided completely free services in the provision of health items such as masks and alcohol; This admirable action was especially evident at the beginning of the Corona outbreak in 2019, while the government was completely surprised at that time.
