Examining and Analyzing Moral Discourses Arising from the Quranic Concept of "Tisir" in Islamic Society
Taysir in Sharia law is one of the concepts and terms that show thegrace and kindness of God towards his servants. According to thisconcept, Almighty God has tried to establish laws in connectionwith rulings and acts of worship, which are lower than the ability ofbelievers. This means that the main purpose of fulfilling Sharia rulesand laws is to bring the servants to spiritual prosperity and moralgrowth, and excessive strictness cannot achieve such a goal. In thecurrent research, which was compiled based on library sources andthe descriptive-analytical method, the ethical dimensions of theconcept of "Tisir" are represented in order to answer the mainquestion that what is the main moral discourse that is realized byunderstanding the various angles of Tisir? It seems that the conceptof Taysir, apart from having a religious and jurisprudential function, promotes the moral discourse of "tolerance" and "tolerance" in theIslamic society and indirectly tells the audience that incommunicating with others, it is unnecessary strictness and attentionJust stay away from their desires and act with ease so that humanbonds are strengthened. Just as God made the divine commands easyso that the servants would not suffer hardships. In sum, two moraldiscourses are hidden in the heart of the concept of Tisir, which are:"facilitation and tolerance" and "giving up one's right for the benefitof another"
