Investigating Factors Affecting the Reduction of Administrative Corruption in the Governorate of Ahvaz City

The aim of the current research is to investigate theeffective factors in reducing administrative corruption in thegovernorate of Ahvaz city.

research method according to thepurpose, applied according to the type of data, quantitative;According to the time of data collection, it is cross-sectionaland according to the method of data collection or the natureand method of the research, it is a survey. The statisticalpopulation of this research includes all the experts working inthe governorate organizations in the number of 2522 peoplewho were classified using random sampling method, 350people were selected as respondents using Karjesi andMorgan, and 15 questionnaires because Incompleteness wasdiscarded and statistical operations were performed on 335respondents. A researcher-made questionnaire was used tocollect data. In order to determine the validity of thequestionnaire, face, content and construct validity were used,and reliability was calculated through Cronbach's alphacoefficient and composite reliability, all of which wereconfirmed. The method of data analysis in the inferential andquantitative part was used to answer the research questionsfrom the sample T-Tech test and structural equation modeling(confirmatory factor analysis) and SPSS-v21 and Lisrelsoftware.

The results of the research showed that the existingrelationships between the effective factors of reducingadministrative corruption have been confirmed.Conclsuion: finally, the fit indices of the model showed thatthe research model has a good fit.
