Designing a Jihadi-Islamic Management Model in Education: A Mixed Research
Jihadi-Islamic management plays an important rolein the performance and effectiveness of management.Therefore, the present study was conducted with the aim ofdesigning a jihadi-Islamic management model in education.
This study in terms of purpose wasapplied and in terms of implementation method was mixed(qualitative and quantitative). The research population in thequalitative section was the experts of Jihadi-Islamicmanagement in the fields of management and educationalsciences, which number of 17 people of them were selected bypurposive sampling method and underwent a semi-structuredinterview. The research population in the quantitative sectionwas managers, deputies and experts of the General Directorateof Education of Tehran province, which number of 120 peoplewere selected by numerical sampling method and answered tothe researcher-made questionnaire (61 items). To analyze thedata in the qualitative section was used the theme analysismethod in MAXQDA software and in the quantitative sectionwas used the exploratory factor analysis method in SPSSsoftware.
The findings of the qualitative section showed thatfor the Jihadi-Islamic management model in education, wereidentified 115 sub-themes in the form of 6 main themesincluding behavioral, structural, contextual, approaches andbasic orientations, managerial and human resources. Also, thefindings of the quantitative section showed that the factor loadof 3 items was less than 0.40 and the questionnaire with 58items in six behavioral, structural, contextual, approaches andbasic orientations, managerial and human resources had goodvalidity and reliability and the Jihadi-Islamic managementmodel was designed in education.
According to the results of the present study,planning is necessary to improve management through thejihadi-Islamic management model based on the identifiedfactors for it
