Investigating the Personality Factors Affecting the Communication Skills of Managers with Metacombination Method
In today's world, organizations have found a high positionin the cultural and social structure. As today's societiesbecome more and more complex, the role oforganizations in order to meet the expectations of peoplein the society becomes more sensitive and important.Creating a human relationship requires giving a messageand receiving it by people, and in order to create aneffective relationship, the messages must be transmittedin the best way. Communication skills are those skillsthrough which people can engage in interpersonal andprocess interaction. The purpose of writing this researchis to investigate the personality factors affecting thecommunication skills of managers with metacompositemethod. In this regard, based on the obtained results, thefactors of honesty, adaptability, responsibility,extroversion, flexibility, work conscience are known aspersonality factors affecting the communication skills ofmanagers.
