Presenting a Model for the Development of Women's Entrepreneurship and its Prioritization
Entrepreneurial activities by women play a prominent role inthe health of nations' economies. Because women can showtheir abilities through entrepreneurship. Accordingly, thepurpose of this study is to identify and weight the factorsaffecting women's entrepreneurship. The present study isapplied in terms of purpose and descriptive in terms of method.The method used to rank the options is the electrificationtechnique. In the present study, 20 decision makers were usedto investigate the effects of effective criteria on women'sentrepreneurship. The questionnaire of this technique is aquestionnaire consisting of a criterion-option matrix and theanswer to it is based on verbal spectra or real numbers.According to the research model, the present problem has fivecriteria. Each of these criteria has sub-criteria. Therefore, forthe present study, a total of thirty-five sub-criteria weredesigned; Thus, the family criterion has eight sub-criteria, thepersonality criterion has ten sub-criteria, the economiccriterion has seven sub-criteria and the social and culturalcriteria each have five sub-criteria. In order to prioritize anddetermine the weight of the final options of the problem, theelectrological approach was used and the results showed thatthe priority of the final options of the problem is that theoptions "education", "culture building", "legal infrastructure","Investment", "human capital" and "market" were ranked firstto sixth, respectively.
