Impact of work components and presenting the conceptual model of the Nezaja knowledge management system
Nezaja's knowledge management system includes a set of people and processes that act to create, extract, store and retrieve and represent knowledge in the organization. With the aim of getting to know commanders as much as possible, in this article, the conceptual model of the Nezaja knowledge management system is presented by examining the effectiveness of the work components of this system. For this purpose, while conducting a case study in some military organizations and considering the work processes of Nazaja, the work components of the system were prepared in the form of a standardized questionnaire in six general categories. After identifying the statistical population, the questionnaire was given to a group of Nazaja military experts, and finally, after the necessary analysis and required components, the conceptual model of the knowledge management system in Nazaja has been presented according to the results obtained. Based on the acquired results, there are two types of main and internal components in the Nezaja knowledge management system, the main components include: human, technical and software, method-oriented, rules, decision-making, and internal components include the knowledge repository and knowledge center. From the results, it can be pointed out the average impact of software in the knowledge management system and the high impact of processes and people in this system. On the other hand, the existence of this system has been observed in reducing human errors much more than previous predictions, and the system is also very effective in increasing the skills and knowledge of employees.
