The attitude towards the role of women has faced many challenges. In different periods, it was mentioned as the second sex or equal to man and sometimes even superior to man. The social role of women is not separate from their lifestyle. The aim of the research is to compare the lifestyles of the role of women in the social arenas with an emphasis on the role of women in the Islamic revolution and holy defense. The qualitative-descriptive research method is of a library type using the analysis of the fundamental theme of lifestyle. In this research, the role of women in the social arenas has been described and compared from the perspective of the traditional woman, the Western woman and the Muslim woman during the Islamic revolution and holy defense in Iran. The tool for collecting information was a plug-in. The biographies of eight revolutionary women were studied. The content results of the comparative study showed that the eastern woman lacked freedom and will and was confined in the micro patriarchy system, i.e. the house and under the complete possession of the man. In the patriarchal system, that is, the capitalist system, the western woman, as a second sex and a tool for selling and consuming manufactured goods, has been placed in the fence of identity alienation and a prisoner of this system. The result of the analysis of the fundamental themes of the revolutionary woman's lifestyle showed faith, obedience to God, altruism, and active activism in social fields.
