Investigating the components of the implementation of the punishment mechanism from the perspective of the teachings of the Qur'an
"Punishment" is one of the methods of heavenly religions to train man and correct his path. In educational and professional environments, punishment is a way to correct the path of trainers and employees and achieve organizational goals. The purpose of punishment is to adopt a method by which a person is made aware of his wrong and ugly behavior and stops him from doing bad things. Considering the existence of the punishment mechanism in educational and professional environments and the occurrence of possible injuries and the absence of a model. Comprehensive for that, it is necessary to analyze this issue carefully. The importance of this issue is to the extent that "punishment" as a deterrent or learning factor has been emphasized a lot in the educational and legislative system of Islam. The present study tries to find out the components of the implementation of the punishment mechanism with a descriptive, analytical and library method. Examine from the perspective of the verses. Some points can be taken from all of these discussions, such as: the power of the punishment mechanism, the explanation of the difference in the meaning of punishment, warning and punishment, the cases of correct punishment such as: "symptoms and turning away", "exclusion from society", "darkness and trouble" ", "Deprivation of divine permission", "Relegation from the status of angels", "Descent to earth" and "Rejection and exile". One of the important achievements of this research is stating the correct examples of punishment and punishment in the verses of the Qur'an, and determining the scope and difference between the two.
