Identifying factors affecting creativity in I.R.I. police
The police and I.R.I. police (Faraja) are among the organizations for which the development of creative thinking skills is considered one of the most important job and organizational factors. This organization offers a wide range of services to its audience. The wide range of activities of this organization has necessitated the existence of creative and innovative employees who can design and program the existing processes more effectively. In this regard, the main goal of this research is to identify the factors and obstacles affecting creativity in the central area of the J.A. Police Command (Command Headquarters).
This study was conducted with qualitative research method and data collection through in-depth, open and semi-structured interviews. In order to analyze the data obtained from the interview, thematic analysis method was used using Max Kyuda software.
By examining the interviews for factors influencing creativity, 204 indicators were extracted, and among these indicators, 140 basic themes, 16 organizing themes and 5 inclusive themes were identified. The selected themes for influencing factors were transformed into 5 overarching themes, which are: individual factors; organizational factors; teaching and learning; moral and cultural factors; Environmental factors.
the theme of individual factors consists of 4 organizing themes "motivational traits, personality traits, ability, age and experience"; The theme of organizational factors consists of 6 organizing themes "management style (commanders), administrative structure and bureaucracy, organizational atmosphere, technology, organizational incentive and reward system and organizational resources"; The theme of education and learning factors consists of 2 organizing themes "individual education and learning and organizational education and learning"; The theme of ethical and cultural factors consists of 2 organizing themes "values and responsibility and supportive culture" and the theme of environmental factors consists of 2 organizing themes named "organizational environment and government system".
