"Negation of difficulty and embarrassment" as a building block for educational principles in the mirror of verses and hadiths

Abstract:

One of the most famous rules of educational jurisprudence, which has always been the focus of many scholars, is the rule of “Difficulty conditions and situation". The basic provision of this rule is about the compliance of the duties is obligatory for the obligee as long as it does not cause hardship for them; Otherwise, a simpler task is replaced and in some cases even the original task is removed from the responsibility of the obligee. “Difficulty conditions and situations” have always been one of the serious obstacles on the path of educators in a general sense. Therefore, the traces of this rule can be clearly seen in educational affairs as well. Among the issues that are perhaps more important today than anything else after religious duties, is the education issue. The institution of  “Difficulty conditions and situations" is one of the most important foundations in order to meet the conditions of the teacher to do his homework, which undoubtedly shows the importance and necessity of paying it in front of the eyes of the people of knowledge.
