Identifying and formulating the challenges of the field of skill training in the country

Abstract:

The present article was compiled with the aim of identifying and examining the challenges of skill training in Iran.  This research was based on qualitative studies, using the method of thematic analysis through the analysis of scientific documents, as well as interviews with 30 experts and the executive system of skill training, to collect primary data and information.   161 basic themes were extracted and categorized into 37 organizational themes.   The challenges of the skill system can be categorized into five levels, each of which includes the following sets of basic challenges:   1) the challenges of teaching the management, leadership and supervision system, 2) Challenges of academic guidance and assessment and acceptance system,  3) Challenges of the system of training apprentices and technical and human resources teachers, 4) Challenges of the curriculum system  And 5) Challenges of the system of financial resources and resources.
