Analysis of factors affecting the educational program of fourth-generation universities in Iran

Abstract:

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effective factors on the educational program of fourth - generation universities in Iran with Meta-Synthetizing approach.The research method is qualitative content analysis and applied purpose. Research participants included scholars on academic entrepreneurship and academic professors in the country. To carry out the interview and obtaining the necessary information on the issue of research, 17 people were completely inaccurate and using theoretical targeted techniques. For data collection, semi-structured interviews were used. The identified factors in the form of 237 semantic expressions and 24 open codes were inserted and 7 axial codes were used and The Kappa method was used to measure the reliability and quality control of the present study. The kappa coefficient calculated by SPSS software is 25 times 0.772, which is at the level of excellent agreement. The results showed that factors affecting the fourth-generation universities program included; The educational approach based on counterparts, practical training, facilitating simulated opportunities, attention to group learning methods, self-directed learning, exploratory learning activities, and new methods of teaching was.
