An analysis of the future development of the Makran region with a view on trends
Cities, as centers of wealth, energy, and technology accumulation, play a key role in the process of sustainable development. Since cities are the focal points of economic, cultural, and social activities, proper planning and optimal use of resources can lead to sustainable growth and enhance the quality of life at the national level. In this regard, development strategies for cities should be designed in a way that aligns with both today's needs and future visions. The goal of regional development strategy is to improve the economic, social, cultural, and environmental conditions of various regions within a country. This strategy is designed to reduce regional disparities, improve living conditions in less developed areas, and optimize the use of local resources and competitive advantages of different regions. The objective of this research is an analytical study of the future of regional development in Makran.
