A Study of the Relationship between Self-Concept And Principles Performance in Lenjan

Abstract:
The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between highs school principle's self- concept and their performance in Lenjan middle level schools. Five aspects of performance were studied including: supervision, planning, co-coordinating, Goal-Setting, and motivation. Research method was descriptive– correlation and population of study was all teachers and principle at lenjan. Data was gathered through Rogers's self-concept standard test, and a self-made questionnaire for performance. Collected data were analyzed through descriptive and inferential statistics.Findings showed that there was a relation between self-concept and performance in all five aspects, and this correlation for men was greater than for women.
