Abstract:

Through observing the situation of music, as well as ideas and positions of Iranian musicians, this article attempts to illustrate the mainstream Iranian musical discourses. The significance of considering the musical discourses lies in the fact that seemingly the respect for various discourses and their multi-communicative symbiosis enables the development and elevation of traditional Iranian music.
