A Survey on of Imam Khomeini's three Decision Making Patterns through Wisely Decision Making Model - Fuzzy Approach

Abstract:
Successful managers must be good decision makers and capable decision makers are developed, not born. Decision making is the process of choosing a course between alternatives to achieve a desired result. Good decision-making is an active process in which the manager is aggressively and personally involved. Efficient managers devote more of their time and resources to making long-term decisions than making short term decisions. Intermediate and long-term decisions have a greater impact on the profitability of the farm than short-term decisions and should be given more time in the decision making process. In this paper we are going to examine pattern of a manager's decisions in the framework of wisely decision making model. At first, the mentioned model converts to a fuzzy if- then rules that compose the feasible region of decision making. Afterwards, we examine three cases of Imam Khomeini's decisions through developed fuzzy system. As the result, all of three cases were wisely decisions.
