A Case Report of Maxillary Soft tissue Ewing's Sarcoma with Bone Invasion

Ewing's Sarcoma is a distinctive primary malignant tumor of bone that is composed ofsmall undifferentiated round cells of uncertain histogenesis. 4% of cases involve craniofacial bone, and1% is seen in jaws.Case report: The patient was a 16 years old girl that referred for a nodule in the soft tissue ofvestibule near the roots of canine and premolar of maxilla, with bone invasion. Diagnostic proceduresuntil final diagnosis and treatment of this case have been reported. Ewing Sarcoma is occurred in 90% of cases between 5 to 30 years and average ofpatients with head and neck involvement is 11 years. Most of jaw lesions are localized in ramus andfew cases have been reported in maxilla. Rare soft tissue cases of Ewing's Sarcoma have also beenreported. In related report, the features of this case have been compared with previous studies.
