The Study of Precepts Commonality between the Learned Man and Ignoramus

Abstract:
One of the jurisprudence bases is precepts commonality between the learned man and ignoramus.But there is other theory which indicates the precepts are only related to the learned man.According to the different theories, the precepts and rules are common between the learned man and ignoramus unless it can be proved that. They are only related to the learned man.
