Abstract:
At the present time, democratic political system shapes with political participation of people, the establishment of government for human societies is a necessity that the wisdom orders for that. On of the characteristics of Islamic political school compared to other schools is to provide the participation field for all strata of society in all decision-making and fateful steps. Yet, the Islamic percepts are everlasting and indispensable until judgment day, and the enforcement of divine percepts is only possible by establishing the Islamic government.The political participation that by virtue of it, the person use his/her will to participate in governing society, is a right for any citizen. On the other hand, it is a religious duty for each Muslim to enter into this participation to establish the religious government and the continued supervision on rulers actions. In case of not participating in political actions, the society will encounter with anarchy and the possibility of enforcing the religious percepts will be eliminated.
