Analyzing Documents of "946" Article of Civil Law about Wife Inheritance

According to "946" article, wife is sometimes deprived to inherit some properties of her husband. But there are some disputes between jurists in this regard; For example, Imam Baqer says, wife doesnt inherit village, home, arms and quadraphonic but she only inherit carpets, clothes and house furniture. According to Mohaghegh Ardebilli' s viewpoint, wife has more deprivations. Ebn Abi Amir says, if wife has child, she' ll inherit agriculture land. This tradition is more disputable.In this research the author caonsiders above opinions and analyses them.
