Oral Stereognosis in children with and without Hearing Loss

Abstract:
Objective
This research studies oral stereognosis in children with and without hearing loss.
Method
This cross-sectional study was conducted to compare oral stereognosis in 10 children with hearing loss, and 20 normal children.
Results
Significant differences were found between mean scores of oral stereognosis, and mean time of recognition in children with and without hearing loss (P<0/05).
Conclusion
This research concludes that hearing loss decreases oral sensory.
