Ones organizational life and individual life are necessary to each other. Workers are most important resources and they have a core role to play in changing organizations. In the past, a member of staff's individual life was emphasized, while, today, the quality of one's work life is one of the most important organizational goals. The main purpose of this research is to consider the relationship between the quality of work life and the performance of the staff at the Kowsar Economical Organization. The present research is descriptive and its statistical population consists of 150 staff members who have all graduated at acceptable academic levels. The population of the sample consists of 61 staff members who were classified in a random way. This research consists of 8 hypotheses and the measuring instrument is a closed questionnaire containing 24 questions, which resulted in an alfa kronbenaj equal to 79%. The conclusion of the research showed that all hypotheses have been proven, regarding the precision of confidence intervals of 95%. As a result, it can be said that there is a significant relationship between the quality of work life and the performance of the staff at the Kowsar Economical Organization.
