Barriers for implementing E- Government in Iran governmental organizations

The aim of this article is to study and analyze the barriers of implementing electronic-government in Iranian public organizations. This research is an applied That, using descriptive and survey method. The findings of this research shows that among 30 factors, classified in 6 main categories which are including: managerial, organizational, technological, human resource, financial and environmental factors, 4 main factors are preventing for implementing Information Technology in Iranian public organizations. These are: human resource, managerial, organizational and environmental.
