The Level of Learning Organization and Organizational Development and Their Relationship in Tabriz

Abstract:

This paper aims at studying learning organization and organizational development and their relationship among ministry of education employees in Tabriz . The population included all educational and administrative staff employed in ministry of education in school district three of Tabriz who were BA holders or higher. According to Morgan’s table, 327 were selected as members of sample group. Wick and Leon’s Learning organization Questionnaire, and a researcher-made organizational development questionnaire were administered. Pearson correlation coefficient was applied to correlate learning organizations and organizational development. T-test was also used to make the result more generalizable. The findings show that there is a positive correlation between learning organizations and organizational development educational and administrative staff employed in ministry of education in school district three of Tabriz. The guidelines to enhance the index of learning organization and organizational development are persented.
