Antibacterial activity of Camellia Thea against meticillin resistant Staphylococcus aureus

: medicinal plants because of their endless resources can be used against Staphylococcus aureus. this research is an experimental study and a fundamental- functional one. this study was done in order to identify the kind of essence (extract) and effective density of Thea on Staphylococcus Aureus resistant to Meticillin. this research is an experimental study and a fundamental- functional one. Some dried Camellia Thea green leaves of Thea was prepared. Different essences of the plant (aquatic and alcoholic) were extracted by socileh and percolation method and then cultivating environment for various densities of the essence of tea leaves was provided. ll the samples that even had the least growth were considered as positive ones. In 30 samples of received samples from the patients to laboratory Staphylococcus aureus was observed most of which resistant to coloxacillin. AIn density of 3 percent or more the aquatic- alcoholic essence of tea and the Ethel – acetate essence of tea and the N- butanol essence of tea had a perfect anti Staphylococcus aureus effect. : According to the acquired results we expect to be able to use the essence of tea against Staphylococ Resistant to meticillin in controling the infections of eye, skin and mouth caused by Staphylococ and in the next step in separating effective substances of tea to make effective medicines.
