Abstract:
The model of urban development which is based on the policy of T.O.D is an efficient one in reducing the negative consequences and costs of transportations. This model is based on the occupation and population increase in the areas near to public transportation stations. Writers in this article talk about the effects of transit oriented development on efficiency of subway stations and in the end present a proper model for it.
