Identifying Factors Affecting Supply Chain Performance:The case of Car's Part Manufacturing Industry

Abstract:
This research indentifies factors affecting supply chain performance. Based on expert's opinion, 34 indicators were identified to measure supply chain performance. Using exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis (regression correlation study), 21 indicators in the form of 6 factors were categorized. This model, in the order of effect, identifies customers (0.81), process (0.75), cost (0.54), flexibility (0.30), suppliers (0.29) and time (0.21) as factors affecting supply chain performance.
