The Relation Between University &Political Power In Thired World Countries.

The political power in every community is a collection of economic, spiritual, hard and soft powers in that country. The more powerful countries in policy are stronger in management and making better usage of their internal and external potentials to keep closer to their goals. Having potentials in third world countries, they are facing many problems and obstacles and the reason is rooted in their lack of political power in development process. This survey intends to elucidatethe existing opportunities and challenges using descriptive –analyzes method and discussing the relation between university and political power in third world countries. Two affirmative and privative views are discussed: from affirmative perspective the below mentioned factors are discussed: training – to implement expert ideas- analyzing mind,…. all of this will provide opportunities such as increasing efficiency, instrumental programming, exact policy making,…. From privative perspective the below factors are mentioned: neglecting the human sciences- growth of oppositional, giving importance to sole paper certificate rather than proficiency,… they all may misdirect to challenges such as inconvenience in science development and consequently inefficiency, treat in political power and finally alienation.
