Devoted Leadership Comparison In Western Theorists &Imam Ali Views

Devoted leadership is considered as a new approach toward leadership. In this view, devoting oneself to the followers is superior to just considering self-interests. The present study aims to focus on introducing the devoted leadership and describing the point view of islam. The method used in this survey is library. For this reason, the ideas of Imam Ali as an example of islamic approach toward leadership is discussed and his views have been compared with western theorists. In order to gather the data, library method is used and different texts in devoted leadership have been analyzed. The results of the research prove that the leadership pattern of Imam Ali is a divine pattern and is superior to contemporary leadership theories in western countries. At the end of article different patterns of leadership and Imam Ali,s ideas have been summarized.
