Compare the quality of service and customer satisfaction: application of gray system theory

Abstract:
Central role in the success of service organizations in developed countries, has brought more attention to service quality. Claim to understand the nature of the relationship between customer satisfaction and service quality management has been the subject of many investigations. Therefore, this study also perceived the quality of service, customer satisfaction has been compared. Customers Bdynmnzvr Tmyrgahhay Ayrankhvdrv authorized in Isfahan as the research community were selected. The impact of each of the dimensions of satisfaction and overall quality Astnbatshdh Parasvraman quality 10-fold was measured. In this context, of gray system theory is used. Results indicate that customer satisfaction and overall quality Astnbatshdh two structures are quite different.
