A survey about the factors affecting women s tendency toward getting a job outside the home (A case study of Medical services insurance organization)

Abstract:
Women play an important role in human civilization but their statuses in social life are not appropriate. One of the tasks that natural system gives to them is children training which is so valuable but sometimes considers as an obstacle for their activities. The purpose of this research is to study about the factors affecting women's tendency toward getting a job and this is a survey research. The sample of the study included 200 female personnel of Medical services insurance organization and data collection is based on questionnaire. The analysis of the data is carried out at descriptive levels through tables and graphs. Also mean, median, mode for central tendency and range, variance, scatter diagram for dispersion index are calculated. Testing hypotheses is done according to t-statistics and variance analysis. As the result shows the factors affecting women's tendency toward getting a job is less than average. The amount of Power is less than average; economic factor is more than average, family factor is more than average, psychological factor is less than average, social factor is less than average.
