One hundred day-old broiler chickens (Ross 308) divided into 4 groups. First group received Diclazuril made by Darosazan company and the second group received Diclazuril made by Kimiafam company. The third and fourth groups were positive and negative control‚ respectively. At day 14, the groups that received anticoccidial drug and positive control group challenged by mixture of Eimeria oocystes. From 6 day after challenge the oocyst per geram of feces was determained for 6 day. The clinical signs‚ lesion scor‚ mortality rate‚ average body weight‚ feed consumption and FCR were graded. At day 21‚ 5 chickens were randomly killed from each pen and the intestinal lesions were measured. Results of this study showed that Diclazuril decreased the shedding of oocysts and clinical signs after challenging by oocysts.
