A Comparative Study of Relationship Between Organizational Intelligence with Team Leadership Among Faculty Members at Isfahan Public Universities

Abstract:
The purpose of this research was to comparative study of relationship between organizational intelligence with team leadership among faculty members at Isfahan public universities. Research method was correlative and causal –comparative. Statistical population consists of all faculty members at Isfahan public universities in academic year 1387-88 who was 1446. Statistical sample was 600 was selected randomly. Research instruments were OI checklist and TL questionnaire. Collected data were analyzed using pear sons correlation coefficient, ANOVA, regression analysis and multilevel and mixed models. Findings shoed that:1) There was a positive and significant relation between OI indices and TL among faculty members(r= 0/239) and (r=0/340),2) There was a significant difference between grade averages of OI indices and TL in terms of university, college and educational department at p<0/05,3) There was a difference between grade averages of TL for faculty members in terms of age, tenure at p<0/05.
