To Identify the Environmental Factors Affecting the Country's Cultural Strategic Planning

The present research is intended to identify and prioritize the environmental factors affecting the strategic planning. environmental factors، which are effective on strategic planning culture، are divided into three branches: economic factors - political - technological. the method of this study is descriptive، survey method، and is based on data collection from questionnaire. The statistical community of this study included 110 managers and experts of Islamic propagation Organization and Research Center of Islamic Parliament. analyzing the data is conducted by SPSS and Mini Tab statistical software. The author of the paper classifies and prioritizes the aspects of research and compares them together. Challenges and new opportunities in national and international levels are discussed and laws of economics، political issues facing this cultural phenomenon has been studied. At the end of the survey، political and social aspects are observed at the first level and technological–economical aspect both are at the second level of ranking. there are many institutes and cultural centers in Iran، which are carrying cultural issues، and their duties and tasks are not classified and defined well. One the other hand there is not enough and sufficient human recourses and expert in cultural programs. Therefore، it is necessary to train sufficient experts in this field of study. The paper presents some suggestions to improve the strategic planning culture of the country at the end of article.
