Design a model for science production in direction of software movement

The increased attention recently paid to the phenomenon of knowledge generation so that the knowledge production and software movements have engaged in minds of all policy markets as science and research planners. In the vision of the country promotion of knowledge generation and achieving the first rank of science production has been set as the main goal. Therefore in order to achieve such a rank in the region it is required to push frontiers of knowledge generation and science production and set the knowledge production management. Consequently universities as the main engine of knowledge based economy play the basical role in developing scientific community of the country. Since the university system has not transferred from pure science consumerism to science production, it neither has any effect in the world science community nor in its own society. This research could help develop a cohesive model for knowledge management may facilitate the process of knowledge generation in Iranian universities. This paper set out to scrutinize the relationship among the knowledge management factors such as empowerment factors, process, and organizational performance and finally develop a cohesive knowledge management model to improve organization performance.
