Author(s):
Abstract:
The family is the natural, fundamental unit of human relations and has always been regarded as significant. Over time, changes in human relations have given rise to changes in the definition of the family, the duties and obligations therein, the principles governing it, the influence of the family on individual or social phenomena, as well as in other various issues. Thus, at present, this issue constitutes a major focus in research. In view of the importance of the subject, the present paper seeks to answer the following basic questions: What is the relationship between the institution of family and parent's employment in international documents? What technical, legal changes have taken place in the relevant international documents? The author analyses and evaluates some of the most important international legal documents which are directly associated with the topic, and presents a brief review of the impact of international documents on national legislation of various countries in connection with employment and with a particular focus on family. In addition, it looks at some of the potential harmful outcomes and achievements.
